Photo templates
PNG with transparency. The art is the frame: whatever is opaque covers the photo, so keep the center clear for the subject. Delivered media burns the template in exactly as previewed.
Square 1:1, 1080×1080 px · Portrait 5:7, 1080×1512 px · Vertical 9:16, 1080×1920 px · Wide 16:9, 1920×1080 px
QR safe zones: the code snaps to the four corners or center, inset 4% of the short edge, sized 10–40% of the short edge. Leave one corner free of critical art.
Stage backdrop (behind the subject)
1080×1920 px or larger, JPEG or PNG. Center-cropped to each format, keep the action in the middle 60%.
App background
iPhone 1290×2796 px · iPad 2064×2752 px. Skins the operator’s interface behind a dark scrim. Avoid fine text.
Email banner
1200 px wide (auto-scaled), roughly 3:1, e.g. 1200×400 px. PNG or JPEG, under ~2 MB; it rides inside the delivery email.
Logos
PNG with transparency, at least 600 px wide. One logo serves the registration form and the gallery header; both surfaces are dark, so light artwork reads best.
Gallery page background
About 1600×2400 px, JPEG. Sits under a dark scrim: mood over detail, focal point centered.
